摘　　要：目的 调查直肠癌Miles术后行结肠造口灌洗患者社会心理适应水平,分析其相关因素.方法 采用中文版造口者社会心理适应量表（Ostomy Adjustment Inventory-20,OAI-20）和自行设计的造口灌洗情况调查表,对2013年1月—2017年4月在江苏省某三级甲等医院造口门诊行造口灌洗的102例患者进行问卷调查.结果 本组患者社会心理适应3个维度正性心理、负性情绪、社会适应得分分别为（18.00±2.42）、（15.62±1.80）、（27.35±3.15）分,社会心理适应水平总均分为（60.97±6.15）分,处于高适应水平;34例患者处于社会心理高适应水平,23例患者处于社会心理中适应水平.性别不同的患者社会适应得分差异有统计学意义（t=3.947,P〈0.05）.结论 直肠癌Miles术后行结肠造口灌洗患者的社会心理适应水平较高,说明结肠造口灌洗是能被造口患者接受的排便管理方式,可推广应用.Objective To investigate the socio-psychological adaptation in patients who received enterostomal coloclysis after Miles surgery for rectal cancer and to analyze relevant factors.Methods Totally 102 patients who received coloclysis in the section for outpatients in a class Ⅲ grade A hospital from Jiangsu Province from January 2013 to April 2017 were investigated with the Ostomy Adjustment Inventory-20 （OAI-20） in Chinese and self-designed coloclysis questionnaire.Results The patients in this group scored （18.00±2.42）, （15.62±1.80） and （27.35±3.15）, respectively in the three dimensions for socio-psychological adaptation, namely, positive psychology, negative emotion and social adaptation, and their total average score in socio-psychological adaptation was （60.97±6.15）. 34 of them showed a high level of socio-psychological adaptation, while 23 of them showed a moderate level. And there was statistically significant difference in the scores of socio-psychological adaptation between patients of different genders （t=3.947,P〈0.05）.Conclusions Patients who received enterostomal coloclysis after Miles surgery for rectal cancer show a higher level of socio-psychological adaptation, indicating that enterostomal coloclysis is a bowel management method that can be accepted by patients and is worthy of promotion.
