摘 要:目的 探讨两种不同套被套方式对手术室的影响及应用效果比较.方法 采取方便抽样法,选择2016年2—8月在千级洁净手术间下完成的择期手术为研究对象,将单月手术患者作为对照组,双月手术患者作为观察组,每组180例.对照组采取传统的套被套法,观察组则采用改良撤换手术棉被套法,比较两组不同时点的空气采样质量、连台手术之间的周转时间、护理人员和患者满意度.结果 观察组不同时点的空气洁净度提高,连台手术之间的周转加快、缩短了接台手术的衔接时间,护理人员和患者满意度提升,与对照组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P〈0.05).结论 运用改良撤换手术棉被套法能有效提高手术间的空气质量、降低手术感染率,缩短连台手术的衔接时间、加快手术患者的周转.Objective To summarize the application effects of two different methods of replacing quilt covers in the operating room.Methods Between February 2016 to August 2016, 360 cases in thousand-grade clean surgery with elective surgical procedures, were randomly divided into control group (n=180) and observation group (n=180). The observation group used improved method to replace quilt covers, and the control group used the traditional method. Air sampling at different time points, the turnaround time between operations and the nurse and patient satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group, air cleanliness at different time points changed significantly in the observation group. Moreover, the turnaround time in the observation group was significantly shorten than that in the control group, and the nurse and patient satisfaction were more improved in the observation group. All the differences were statistically significant (P〈0.05).Conclusions Application of improved method to replace quilt covers can effectively improve air cleanliness, reduce the surgical infection rate, shorten the cohesion of the surgery time and improve the patients' satisfaction.
