摘  要:水平气流分选是人工制砂的关键技术之一,为了分析水平气流分选装置内气固两相流的特性,研究影响其分选性能的关键参数,采用数值模拟和试验研究相结合的方法,确定了影响水平气流分选装置的关键参数,同时探讨了各参数对密度相同、粒径不同的颗粒分选效果的影响。结果表明,分离比和鼓风机口的风速并不呈线性关系,随风速的增加,各级颗粒分离比变化不一,可按实际需要的分离效果,依据分离比曲线来确定鼓风机的最佳风速。The horizontal air separation is one of key technologies for manufacturing of artificial sand. In order to analyze the characteristics of gas-solid two-phase flow in the horizontal air separator, the paper studied the key parameters affecting its separation performance, and determined the key parameters affecting the horizontal air separator by combining numerical simulation with test study. It also discussed the influence of various parameters on the separation effects of same-density and various-sized particles. The results showed: the separation ratio was not a linear function of the air velocity at blower inlet and outlet; with the increase in the air velocity, the separation ratio of various-sized particles varied, so the best air velocity of the blower could be determined according to the curve of the separation ratio so as to reach the required separation effects.
