摘 要:对18650型锂电子电池的比热容和在0.5 C放电下的发热功率进行测定,测得电池的比热容为995 J/kg·℃,电池发热功率随着荷电状态(SOC)的变化而变化。通过实验和仿真的数据对比,验证参数测定方法的可靠性和实用性。对0.5~2.0 C放电下电池的发热功率进行测定。对电池组进行热管理,采取沿着电池轴向铺设水冷管的方法进行散热,通过ANSYS仿真平台发现:在极端条件下水冷的最佳参数为水温25℃,流速10 cm/s。The specific heat capacity and heating power under 0.5 C discharge of the 18650 type Li-ion battery were measured. The specific heat capacity was 995 J/Kg ·℃. The heating power changed along with the state of charge (SOC). The reliability and practicability of parameters measurement method were verified through the comparison of the experimental and simulation data. The heating power of the battery under 0. 5 - 2.0 C discharge was measured. The thermal management of the battery pack was carried out, the cooling water pipe was laid along the axial direction of the battery. It was found that the optimal parameter of water cooling under extreme conditions was 25℃ ,the flow rate was 10 cm/s through the ANSYS simulation platform.
