摘 要:某难选金矿石含金1.97 g/t,矿物组分复杂,独立金矿物嵌布粒度细,主要载金矿物黄铁矿嵌布粒度粗细不均,同一种矿物少部分是载金矿物而大部分为不含金矿物,导致金精矿不含金杂质矿物含量高,金精矿品位较低。为提高该金精矿品位,采用高效捕收剂MA与丁基铵黑药组合,金精选添加适量的分散剂六偏磷酸钠,通过一次粗选、两次精选、两次扫选的闭路试验流程,最终获得金精矿含金50.51 g/t、含银1 180.8 g/t,金回收率为93.96%、银回收率为90.13%。金精矿中金品位得到有效提高。A refractory gold ore contains 1.97 g/t Au, in which mineral component was complex, independent gold minerals existed in fine granular and gold-bearing minerals like pyrite had uneven particle size distribution, besides the same mineral had a minor share contained gold while most not contained gold. So that the gold concentrate has high impurity content with low grade. In order to increase the grade of the gold concentrate, the high efficiency collector MA in combination to butyl ammonium sulfate was adopted and the dispersant calgon was used in the cleaning. By one roughing, two cleaning and containing 50.51 g/t Au and 1 180. 8 g/t Ag with concentrate was improved effectively. two scavenging, at last the gold concentrate was obtained Au recovery 93.96%, Ag recovery 90. 53%. The grade ofconcentrate was improved effectively.
