摘  要:对老挝某光卤石矿浮选KCl工艺进行了试验研究。试验工艺流程简单,浮选效果显著。冷分解工艺中,分解水量为原矿质量的19%。正浮选工艺中,粗选捕收剂ZX-805用量为160 g/t。开路试验结果:精矿KCl回收率92.44%、精矿KCl品位92.27%,试验指标良好。试验结果表明试验所用工艺流程和工艺条件能够满足此光卤石矿生产KCl的需求。This paper conducts the experimental study on flotation technology of potassium chloride from a Laotian carnallite ore. The test process is simple, and the flotation effect is remarkable. In the cold decomposition process, mass of decomposition water is 19% of raw ore. In the direct flotation process, the dosage of the crude collector ZX-805 is 160 g/t. Open circuit test results are remarkable : the recovery of KC1 is 92.44% and the grade of KC1 is 92.27%. The test results show that the process and technological conditions can meet the production demand of the carnallite ore.
