摘　　要：产业技术研究院是区域科技创新体系的重要组成部分。文章在梳理国内外产业技术研究院建设经验的基础上,结合连云港市科技创新发展现状,从产业技术研究院的功能定位、组织管理模式及运行机制等方面展开研究,提出适合连云港市市情和需求的产业技术研究院建设模式,为连云港市产业技术研究院建设提供一定借鉴。Industrial technology research institute is an important component of regional scientific and technological innovation system. Based on the survey of domestic and foreign industrial technology research institute, combination of the current industrial development in Lianyungang, this article presents a construction mode of Lianyungang Industrial Technology Research Institute, from the aspect of function orientation, organization and management mode, and operation mechanism. It is hoped to be a helpful reference for the construction of Lianyungang Industrial Technology Research Institute.
