摘 要:城市湖泊蓄滞、错峰调节河川洪水的功能在城市防洪排涝体系中具有重要作用。在当下海绵城市建设的浪潮中,湖泊在满足城市蓄滞洪功能的同时,也需满足居民休闲娱乐的综合性公园绿地属性。研究以福州市井店湖公园为对象,借助Arc GIS水文分析模组,探究城市湖泊蓄洪安全分析与景观规划相结合的蓄洪湖公园规划策略。通过分析蓄洪公园不同重现期洪水的淹没范围和水深分布,在确保安全蓄洪的前提下,提出相适应的蓄洪公园景观功能分区与消落带景观规划策略,以实现蓄洪公园水利功能与景观功能的协同规划。The function of urban lakes that regulating the river flood plays a significant role in urban flood control and drainage system. In the wave of sponge city construction, urban lakes as flood storage and detention areas can also meet the residents' entertainment needs as comprehensive parks. This paper takes Fuzhou Jingdian Lake as the research object, and with the help of the hydro-logical analysis model of ArcG1S, explores the adaptive planning strategies of the detention parks combining the analysis on flood storage safety and the methods of landscape planning, then analyzes the flooding range and water-depth distribution in different return period of flood. We suggest that on the premise of flood storage safety, it should achieve the goal of planning collaboratively between hydraulics and landscape in detention parks.
