摘 要:随着售电侧放开,配电网中的分布式电源和储能单元可由新能源投资公司或节能服务机构等投资管理。与传统不同,分布式电源和储能单元的拥有者以自身效益最大为目标,形成独立的利益主体。为此提出虚拟微网代理的概念,进而建立了包括主动配电管理系统(ADMS)、虚拟微网代理及电力用户的两阶段博弈模型,制定了不同利益主体参与的主动配电网(ADN)运营机制,通过竞价交易实现多类型虚拟微网代理主动调配机组出力,使得用户在需求侧可获得多种电价、多个时段的不同选择方案,从而提高终端用户的用电效率,减少用电费用。最后,仿真验证了本文博弈模型在ADN市场运营中的实效性。With the openness of the retail side, the distributed generation and the energy storage unit in distribution network can be managed and funded by new energy investment enterprises and energy saving service institutions. Differing from the tradition, these owners which called the independent benefit identity take the benefit maximization as their objectives. This paper proposed the concept of virtual micro-grid agent and established the two-stage game model including the active distribution management system ( ADMS ), virtual micro-grid agents and power users. Based on the operating mechanism of the active distribution network (ADN) with different stakeholders, the multi-type virtual micro-grid agents are motivated to allocate generation outputs actively through competitive price bidding and users in demand-side can obtain various options of electricity price and time so as to improve the electricity efficiency of terminal users and reduce electricity costs. Finally, the effectiveness of the game model in ADN market operation is varified by simula- tion.
