摘　　要：目的探讨循证护理对老年结肠癌术后化疗患者护理满意度及生活质量的影响。方法选取2015年4月~2017年4月中国医科大学附属盛京医院收治的老年结肠癌术后化疗患者90例,根据护理方法不同分为对照组与观察组,每组各45例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予循证护理,两组均连续护理2个月,比较两组患者护理满意度及生活质量。结果观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后两组患者躯体功能、角色功能、认知功能、情绪功能及社会功能评分均高于护理前,观察组上述各项评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论循证护理可以提高老年结肠癌术后化疗患者的护理满意度,改善生活质量,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing on nursing satisfaction and quality of life in elderly patients underwent chemotherapy after colon cancer surgery. Methods Ninety cases of elderly patients underwent chemotherapy after colon cancer surgery from April 2015 to April 2017 treated in Shengjing Hospital of Chinese Medical University were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group by different nursing method, with 45 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing and the observation group was given evi- dence-based nursing. Both groups were given continuous care for 2 months. The nursing satisfaction and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results The nursing satisfaction in observation group was higher than that of control group, with statistically significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. After nursing, the scores of physical function, role function, cognitive function, emotional function and social function were all higher than those of before nursing, and those in observation group were all higher than those of control group, with statistically significant differences（P 〈 0.05） Conclusion Evidence-based nursing can improve the nursing satisfaction in elderly patients underwent chemotherapy after colon cancer surgery, promote the quality of life. It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
