摘  要:环评大数据对于环境管理决策具有重要支撑作用,通过介绍环评大数据的总体框架及其在生态环境大数据体系下建设取得的主要进展,包括一个数据中心、两个数据采集系统、三个服务平台、四个数据资源网络,以及形成的统计分析、技术校核、预警预测和信息共享四大应用服务能力,并提出环评大数据在整合共享、数据质量、信息安全和应用效能方面的下一步建设展望,为环评大数据后续发展及其他环境保护领域的信息化建设提供借鉴。The big data on environmental impact assessment (BDEIA) plays an important role in environmental management decision. After showing the overall framework, this paper introduced BDEIA' s main construction progress under the ecological environment big data system, including a data center, two data acquisition systems, three service platforms, and four data resource networks, together with BDEIA' s four major application service capabilities, including statistical analysis, technical verification, warning forecast, and information sharing. This paper also proposed BDEIA' s further development prospect on integration and sharing, data quality, information security, and application efficiency, which provided a reference for BDEIA' s follow-up development and information construction in other environmental protection fields.
