摘 要:挥发性有机物是我国主要的大气污染物种类之一,现有环境质量标准体系已无法满足实际工作的需求。通过讨论现行环境标准体系使用过程中存在的困境,介绍了多介质环境目标值推算体系,提出采用PC-TWA取代阈限值推算AMEG_(AH)值,并对其合理性和适用性进行了探讨。选取若干种具有行业代表性的挥发性有机物进行对照,表明PC-TWA整体小于阈限值,推算结果整体严于美国国家环境保护局公布的相同项目的 AMEG_(AH)值;推算结果基本能够与现行排放标准衔接,具有较好的适用性和参考价值。VOCs are one of the major atmosphere pollutants in China. However, the existing environmental quality standard system has been insufficient to meet the requirements for the practical work. This paper discussed the difficulties in the use of the current environmental standard system, introduced the reckoning methodology of MEG, and then proposed to adopt PC-TWA values to replace TLV values in the calculation of AMEGAH values. Finally, this paper probed into the rationality and applicability of the aforementioned system. It selected several VOCs which were industry representatives to make comparisons, and the results suggested that overall PC-TWAs were lower than TLVs, causing the reckoning results generally more strict than the values of the same items of AMEGAH released by USEPA. The reckoning results were basically coherent with current emission standards; therefore they have great applicability and reference value.
