摘　　要：焦裕禄精神是中国精神谱系中的重要组成部分,具有独特的精神特质,是具有先进代表性的时代精神,从"属官性"、时代性、传承性和实践性,不同维度体现焦裕禄精神的本质,为领导干部如何勤政为官提供了基本的价值指南。焦裕禄作为领导干部身上所体现出来的崇高精神,是领导干部学习和践行的典范。焦裕禄精神的功能,就是焦裕禄精神在领导干部队伍建设和社会主义实践中具有的作用和功效,焦裕禄精神作为社会意识形态,具有整合创造、规范约束等功能。只有认清其本质与具体功能,才能深入探索其时代价值。Jiao Yulu＇s spirit is an important component of Chinese spiritual spectrum with its unique characteristics. It represents the advanced spirit of the time from the different dimensions of qualification of officer, particularity of the time, consistency of inheritance and practicality, which provide the basic value guide and a moral sample for the official leaders to learn how to be the diligent officers. As a social ideology,the function of Jiao Yulu＇s spirit is embodied in the leading cadres team construction and socialism practice with integration of creation and constraints. Only when its essence and specific functions be fully recognized, can its value be further explored in depth.
