摘　　要：本研究简要介绍了7S管理理念。分析了如何将7S管理理念应用在市级疾控中心实验室的人员、仪器设备、物料、文件资料和实验室环境管理等方面以进一步加强和改善疾控中心实验室管理水平。总结了7S管理应用于疾控中心实验室的优势。This paper briefly introduces the concept of 7S management. Application of 7S management in personnel, equipment, documentation and environment of laboratory was discussed in order to further strengthen and improve the management level of municipal center for disease control and prevention laboratory. The advantages of 7 S management in the laboratory of municipal center for disease control and prevention also were summarized.
