摘  要:两性霉素B脱氧胆酸盐制剂(AmB-D)较两性霉素B新型脂质体制剂价格便宜,循证医学证据多,疗效可靠,故其在临床实际使用中较两性霉素B新型脂质体制剂多,但AmB-D的输注毒性是限制其在临床广泛使用的原因之一.本文通过查阅国内外文献对AmB-D输注毒性的表现、发生时间、发生机制、防治方法和时机进行总结,以便为临床合理使用两性霉素B提供参考.Amphotericin B deoxycholate( Am B-D) is cheaper and have more evidences of evidence based medicine and its effect is more credibe than that of the lipid-associated formulations,which is more widely used than lipid-associated formulations in the clinic. But the common infusion toxicity of Am B-D is one of the main reason that limit its widespread use in the clinic. In this paper,we consulted the domestic and foreign literatures,and the clinical manifestation,time of occurrence,mechanism,prevention and treatment methods and timing of infusion toxicity of Am B-D were summarized,so as to provide reference for clinical rational use of Am B-D.
