摘　　要：糖尿病胃轻瘫(DGP)是糖尿病(DM)常见的胃肠道并发症之一,严重影响患者的生活质量。西医治疗副作用较多,限制了其应用,中医药治疗具有标本兼治的优势。现从肝、脾胃、肾脏腑功能失调论治GDP,阐明其中医病因病机,为临床提供依据,以期提高临床疗效。Diabetic gastroparesis（DGP） is one of the common gastrointestinal complications of diabetes melli- tus （ DM）, which severely influences life quality of the patients. Western medication has many side effects for DGP, which limit its application; whereas, TCM medication has the advantage of treating the symptoms and the root causes at the same time. This research discussed the mechanism of DGP from the dysfunctions of Liver, Spleen and Stomach, and Kidney, offering the theoretical foundation for its clinical application.
