论白术-白芍药对“土中泻木”的配伍研究

摘　　要：方剂中有其特定的组成药物,而核心配伍药物决定了整个方剂的主要功用和主治取向。白术补气健脾,白芍养血柔肝,两药配伍可达补脾柔肝,扶土抑木之功效,为中医临床治疗"腹痛""泄泻"的常用药对。通过对白术、白芍两药的功效主治,从肝脾病机分析两者的配伍意义及其与土中泻木的关系。结合两药在诸方中的配伍意义,从而阐述白术-白芍药对"土中泻木"的配伍机制。Chinese medicine formulae have their specific composition, and the compatibility of core medicinal determines the main function and the treatment orientation. Baizhu can invigorate qi and reinforce the spleen, and Baishao has the action of nourishing blood and soothing the liver. The compatibility of these two medicinal attains the effect of invigorating the spleen and soothing the liver, which are the commonly used couple medici- nal when treating abdominal pain and diarrhea in TCM. This research elaborated the mechanism of Baizhu - Baishao in the relationship of ＂purging the wood from the earth＂ from the aspect of the pathogenesis of the liver and the spleen.
