摘  要:针对某电厂1 000 MW机组锅炉在低氮燃烧器改造后主再热汽温波动较大的问题,通过优化中间点过热度、燃烧器摆角,调整主再热汽温差值幅角Δθ,改变风量前馈量等措施,较大地缓解了机组在升降负荷的过程中汽温波动大问题。在降负荷过程中,主蒸汽温度由原来最低值567℃变为590℃。再热蒸汽温度由原来最低值558℃变为582℃。升负荷过程中,调节再热蒸汽温度的减温水量大幅下降,优化效果较为明显。The larger problem of a power plant 1 000 MW boiler in the low nitrogen burner after the transformation of the load and unloading process in the main reheat steam temperature fluctuations,by optimizing the intermediate point of superheat and burner swing angle,adjusting the main reheat steam temperature difference amplitude,changing fuel wind feedforward and other measures,has been a greater relief. In the process of reducing the boiler load,the main steam temperature changed from the original minimum value of 567 ℃ to 590 ℃.Reheat steam temperature changed from the original minimum value of 558 ℃ to 582 ℃.During the process of raising the boiler load,the amount of reheater's desuperheating water is greatly reduced and the optimization effect is obvious.
