摘　　要：目的:研制适合我国文化背景的癌症患者家庭照顾者负担量表(Caregiver Burden Scale for Cancer Patients,CBS-CP)。方法:在研制CBS-CP的基础上,通过对144例确诊的癌症患者家庭照顾者进行调查,以评价量表的信度和效度。结果:CBS-CP量表内容效度指数(S-CVI)为0.936;探索性因子分析(EFA)结果表明,5个因子模型符合概念框架中所设计的五维照顾者负担的构想;CBS-CP总量表及其5个因子的Cronbach’sα系数及重测信度均达到0.7以上。结论:所研制CBS-CP的信度和效度较好,可应用于对我国癌症患者家庭照顾者的负担进行检测。建议未来研究中通过大样本的调查,进一步对量表进行科学性和应用性双重评价。Objective： To develop family Caregiver Burden Scale for cancer patients （CBS-CP） according to Chinese culture background. Methods： We evaluated its reliability and validity based on the pre-survey results of developing CBS- CP. Results： The Content Validity Index （S-CVI） of CBS-CP scale was 0.936. The Exploratory Factor Analysis （EFA） results showed that the 5 factor model was consistent with the five-dimension design in conceptual framework of caregiver burden. The Cronbach＇s a and the test-retest reliability of the total scale and the five factors of CBS-CP were all greater than 0.7. Conclusion： The findings showed that both the reliability and validity of the CBS-CP were good. It was also proposed that future studies are needed to evaluate the reliability and validity of the CBS-CP based on large sample of the formal investigation.
