水性冷喷锌钢结构长效防腐涂料的研制

摘　　要：以新型水性聚氨酯分散体为成膜物质,优选防沉剂、闪锈抑制剂等助剂,以锌粉为防锈填料,制备出具有长效防腐性能的环境友好型水性冷喷锌涂料。研究了防沉剂、闪锈抑制剂等助剂和锌粉形貌对涂膜的影响以及涂料的贮存稳定性。结果显示,其各项技术指标优异,特别是关键指标拉拔附着力>5 MPa,耐盐雾性大于2 500 h,其VOC≤20 g/L。Long-life waterborne environmentally friendly cold spray anticorrosive zinc coatings were prepared with the new waterborne polyurethane dispersant as film-forming substance, with selected anti-settling agents and llash rust inhibitors as additives and with zinc powder as antirust filler, and the influences of anti-settling agents, flash rust inhibitors and zinc powder tbrms on films and coatings＇ storage stability were studied. The results show that various technical indicators are outstanding, especially the key indicator of pull-offadhesion （ 〉 5 MPa）, salt log resistance （ 〉2 500 h） and VOC （ 〈 20 g/L）.
