摘　　要：髓系细胞触发受体(Triggering receptor expressed on myeloid cells,TREMs)是一类隶属于免疫球蛋白超家族的细胞表面受体,在介导各种细胞反应中都扮演着重要的角色。近几年,关于TREM-1在参与各种疾病相关炎症中的作用,尤其是可溶性TREM-1的研究有了很多进展,本文就TREM-1的相关文献作一综述。The triggering receptor expressed on myeloid cells（TREMs）are a family of cell surface receptors belonging to the immunoglobulin superfamily.These receptors play important roles in cellular responses.TREM-1 is an amplifier of inflammatory responses.Its soluble form acts as a decoy for the natural TREM-1 ligand.Recently,considerable advances in the study of TREM-1,and especially soluble TREM-1,have been made in relation to various diseases associated with inflammation.This paper reviews TREM-1 and soluble TREM-1 in the context of the host＇s defense against microbial pathogens as well as non-infective inflammatory responses.in addition,putative ligands of TREM-1 are also discussed
