As millions of people rush to work early each morning, "night owls" lie motionless. They tend to wake up between 10-11 am, sometimes later, and. they generally head -to bed at 2 am, 3 am, or later. Although it is widely believed that staying up late, or all night, will detrimentally affect your health, there might be thousands of reasons for doing so, such as working overtime, singing karaoke all night and/or coping with jet lag during a business trip.
