广州零散工业用地调整策略研究——基于创新型产业发展视角

摘　　要：城市的空间结构本质上是经济、产业等因素在城市范围内的空间投影,在研究有关城市用地问题时应当充分考虑产业因素的影响。近年来国家高度重视创新在经济发展中的作用,发展创新型产业已成为城市产业发展的必然趋势。零散工业用地是在我国快速城市化过程中出现的一种独特的用地类型,与工业区中集聚的工业用地相比具有不同的特点。但目前各地对零散工业用地缺乏较为明确的发展思路,影响了其优化调整的进程。本文试图站在城市产业发展的视角,通过研究创新性产业对城市空间的影响以及零散工业用地调整所面临的问题,提出将发展创新型产业作为零散工业用地的优化调整方向,并结合城市规划用地管理提出切实可行的建议与措施。As urban spatial structure is essentially a projection of economic, industrial, and other factors in urban areas, the research on urban land use issues should take full into consideration the influence of industrial factors. In recent years, Chinese government has paid much attention to the role of innovation in economic development, and it has become an inevitable trend to develop innovative industries in the process of urban industrial development. Scattered industrial land is a unique phenomenon emerging in the process of rapid urbanization, which differs greatly from the centralized industrial land in industrial areas. At present, the lack of development methods has a negative influence on optimizing scattered industrial land. As a result, this paper analyzes the influence of innovative industries on urban space and the problems in the process of adjusting scattered industrial land. Based on that it argues that developing innovative industries is key to improving scattered industrial land layout and puts forward feasible suggestions and measures for urban planning land administration.
