摘 要:文中介绍了一种直升机载电子吊舱环控系统。针对直升机吊舱悬停、低速飞行和小型化的特点,本环控系统可以满足直升机吊舱电子设备的供液需求。通过对环控系统的仿真分析和试验验证,仿真与试验的误差小于10%。仿真和试验结果表明:环控系统制冷量随飞行速度的增加而增加,当飞行速度较大时,制冷量的增幅变缓;小负攻角对环控制冷量的影响很小。This paper introduces an environmental control system of helicopter-mounted electronic pod. Ac- cording to the characteristics of hovering, low-speed flight and miniaturization in the size of the helicopter pod, the environmental control system can meet the demand for fluid supply of electronic equipment. The error between simulation and test is less than 10% by the simulation analysis and test verification of the environmental control system. The simulation and experimental results show that the cooling capacity of the environmental control system increases with the increase of the flying speed, the increase of the cooling capacity slows down when the speed of flight is large, and the small negative angle of attack has little influence on the cooling ca- pacity of the environmental control system.
