针刺配合推拿治疗小儿遗尿症32例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察针刺配合推拿治疗小儿遗尿症的临床疗效。方法将64例小儿遗尿症患儿随机分为治疗组(32例)和对照组(32例)。对照组采用推拿治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗方法的基础上采用针刺治疗,推拿及针刺交替进行,每日采用1种疗法。8 d为1个疗程,2个疗程后比较2组的临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为96.88%,对照组为78.13%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),提示治疗组临床疗效优于对照组。结论针刺配合推拿治疗小儿遗尿症疗效显著,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the clinical efficiency of acupuncture combined with massage in treating primary nocturnal enuresis （PNE）. Methods 64 cases of PNE were randomized into treatment group and control group,32 cases in each. The control group was given massage,while the treatment group was intervened with acu- puncture and massage alternately, one therapy a day. 8 days as one course. Clinical efficiency of both groups was assessed after 2 courses. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 96.88%, while that of control group was 78.13%. There was significant difference （P〈0.05） , showing that the efficiency in treatment group was better than that in control group. Conclusion The combined therapy is effective for PNE and worth promoting in clinic.
