摘　　要：废钢是我国钢铁生产原料的重要补充,拆解废船产生的废钢有钢种明确、化学成分清楚、钢水收得率高等特点。但废船的拆解始终存在影响生态环境和人体健康的危险因素,针对进口废船拆解风险进行细致研究,分析检验监管要点并寻找防控办法。The scrap steel is an important supplementary raw material for China＇s current steel production, and the scrap steel from hulk disassembling is featured with the clarity in steel type and chemical composition as well as a high steel yield rate. However, hulk disassembling inevitably carries potential risks to the environment and human health. In this research we will launch a detailed study of risks in hulk disassembling and analyze its supervision focuses, hoping it could be beneficial to the risk prevention and control.
