散结止痛颗粒对乳腺增生病患者雌二醇及孕酮的影响

摘　　要：目的 :观察散结止痛颗粒治疗乳腺增生病的临床疗效及对雌激素、孕激素的影响。方法 :将120例患者随机分为两组各60例,治疗组应用散结止痛颗粒口服,对照组应用乳癖消口服。治疗3个月后,观察两组患者证候积分改善情况、有效率及治疗组患者黄体期雌激素、孕激素水平的变化。结果:治疗组总有效率(96.7%)明显优于对照组(80.0%),治疗组可降低雌激素水平,提高孕激素水平。结论:散结止痛颗粒治疗乳腺增生病疗效可靠,其作用机制之一是通过调节雌激素、孕激素水平,使患者紊乱的内分泌状态恢复正常而治疗乳腺增生病。Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of Sanjie Zhitong granule on patients with breast hyperplasia and its effect on serum estradiol and progesterone. Methods：A total of 120 cases of breast hyperplasia patients were randomly divided into 2 groups. The treatment group（n= 60） was received Sanjie Zhitong granule,while the control group（n= 60） was received Rupixiao tablet. After three-month treatment,symptom scores and clinical efficacy of the two groups and serum estradiol and progesterone in luteal phase of the treatment group were observed. Results：The total efficiency in the treatment group（96.7%） was significantly higher than that in the control group（80.0%）. The serum estradiol was decreased and the serum progesterone was increased in the treatment group. Conclusion：Sanjie Zhitong granule has significant effect on breast hyperplasia,and one of its mechanism of action is regulating the endocrine function.
