摘 要:介绍了河钢承钢提钒转炉曾应用过的各种挡渣技术,并分析了各种挡渣技术的原理和应用效果。分析结果表明,滑板挡渣技术实现了提钒出钢全过程的高效判渣和挡渣,挡渣成功率达到98%以上,并且提高了钒渣品位,降低了后续炼钢、提取V_2O_5的难度和复杂性,同时也减轻了环境压力,取得了较高经济效益,应在提钒转炉中推广和应用。Various kinds of slag retaining technologies used in vanadium recovering converter are introduced,whose principle and application effect are analyzed,too. The analysis results showthat the slag-stopping technology with sliding plate achieves efficient slag judging and slag stopping during the whole process of vanadium recovery with more than 98% success rate,improves the grade of vanadium slag,reduces the difficulty and complexity of steelmaking and V_2O_5 extraction,reduces the environmental pressure,gets higher economic benefits. Moreover,it should be popularized and applied in the vanadium recovering converter.
