摘 要:目的全面了解与临床医学生二级学科专业选择有关的影响因素。方法将临床医学五年级学生51人分为12个小组进行讨论,根据扎根理论进行编码,筛选影响因素。结果经过三级编码筛选出6个主要影响因素(个人兴趣爱好、实习轮转、课堂学习、公众/家庭影响、教师影响和就业)、3个次要因素和7个其他因素。结论影响医学生二级学科专业选择的因素有很多,个人兴趣和实习轮转尤为重要。为学校进一步完善专业选择相关教育措施、为学生更有针对性地选择专业提供参考。Objective To comprehensively understand the influence factors of the sub-discipline specialty choice of students in clinical medicine. Methods Totally 51 clinical medical students were recruited from fifth- year medical classes. The participants were divided into twelve groups to uncover factors influencing medical students' specialty choice. Data analysis was guided by principles of grounded theory methodology. Results The transcripts were coded sequentially and yielded 16 factors that influence specialty preference: 6 major, 3 intermediate and 7 minor themes. The major factors were personal interests, clinical rotations, undergraduate curriculums, public perception/family influence, teacher influence and recruitment. Conclusion Personal interests and clinical rotations appear to be crucial to sub-discipline specialty choice. The findings are helpful to medical schools and students to take actions to improve decision-making.
