摘　　要：眼科显微手术技能培训是眼科专科医师培训的一项重要内容,如何提高培训的效果和质量成为眼科教学活动中日益关注的问题。首都医科大学附属北京友谊医院眼科通过多年实践培训,探索出行之有效的培训与管理措施。手术培训流程分为基本理论培训和技能培训,其中技能培训包括:标准手术操作理论培训、显微手术实验室实际操作训练及临床显微手术培训。注重加强眼科显微手术培训过程的质量控制与管理。建立严格的培训前准入制度,标准手术操作培训课程的规范化管理,实验室及临床操作的定期考核和机会激励管理。在一定程度上提高了眼科硕士研究生阶段的显微手术技能培训质量。The microsurgery technique training is an important content for ophthahnologists. How to improve the effect and quality of teaching has becomed increasingly concerned about the issue. The ophthalmology department of Beijing Friendship Hospital, Capital Medical University has explored efficacious method. The training process is divided into theory training and skill training. The skill training includes standard operation theory training, laboratory practice training and clinical microsurgery training. Pay attention to strengthening the quality control and management. Establish a strict pre training access system, standardized management of surgical training courses, regular assessment of laboratory and clinical operations and opportunity incentive management. To some extent, the quality of microsurgery skills training in ophthalmology postgraduates was improved.
