自制膝痹膏穴位贴敷治疗膝关节骨性关节炎

摘　　要：目的探讨自制膝痹膏穴位贴敷治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法选取自2014年3月—2016年2月于大连市中医医院骨科A病房收治的膝关节骨性关节炎患者患者60例,试验组与对照组均应用信封法随机分组,对照组30例,外用通络骨质宁膏治疗方案,试验组30例,应用自制膝痹膏穴位贴敷治疗方案治疗,观察两组患者治疗前后的WOMAC骨关节炎指数及临床疗效。结果试验组治疗后膝关节骨关节炎指数(WOMAC)评分及临床疗效均明显高于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论膝关节骨性关节炎患者通过自制膝痹膏穴位贴敷治疗后可明显减轻患者疼痛程度,促进局部经络循环,活血化瘀、消肿止痛,改善骨关节代谢,提高患者生活质量及自理能力,临床满意度较高,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of self-made paste Xibi acupoint application on knee osteoarthritis. Methods Sixty patients with knee osteoarthritis treated in ward A of orthopedics from Dalian Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2014 to February 2016 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Tongluo guzhining plaster for exterior use. The experimental group was given self-made Xibi acupoint application. The WOMAC osteoarthritis index and clinical curative effect were observed before and after treatment. Results The WOMAC score and clinical curative effect in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and there was statistical difference（ P〈0. 05）.Conclusion The Xibi paste acupoint application on knee osteoarthritis can significantly reduce the pain,promote the local meridian circulation and promote blood circulation,relieve pain,improve the bone and joint metabolism,the quality of life and the quality of life ability. The clinical satisfaction is high. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
