解郁头痛汤治疗肝郁气滞型紧张型头痛34例

摘　　要：目的观察解郁头痛汤治疗肝郁气滞型紧张型头痛的临床疗效。方法将我院2016年9月—2017年4月68例肝郁气滞型紧张型头痛患者,按随机数字法分为两组,各34例。对照组予以西药治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用解郁头痛汤治疗,两组均以7天为一个疗程,治疗2个疗程,对比两组临床疗效。结果总有效率治疗组(94.1%)明显优于对照组(70.5%),两组对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论解郁头痛汤治疗肝郁气滞型紧张型头痛疗效显著。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Jieyu Touteng decoction in the treatment of tension headache of stagnation of liver qi.Methods 68 cases with tension headache of stagnation of liver qi from September 2016 to April 2017 in our hospital were divided into two groups by random numbers method in the treatment order,with 34 cases in each group. The control group was given Western medicine. The treatment group used Jieyu Touteng decoction on the basis of the control group. 7 day was one course of treatment. The treatment continued two courses of treatment. The clinical effect was compared. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group（ 94. 1%） was significantly better than that of the control group（ 70. 5%）,and there was a significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Jieyu Touteng decoction in the treatment of tension headache of stagnation of liver qi has significant effect.
