中医药辨证论治中浆病30例

摘　　要：目的观察中医药辨证治疗中浆患者的效果。方法以中医药辨证论治的30例中浆患者为研究对象,以单纯使用肌酐、维生素治疗30例中浆患者为对照,观察两组患者的临床疗效,探讨中医药辨证论治对中浆的治疗效果。结果两组患者临床疗效有显著差异,具有统计学意义。结论中医药辨证论治中浆患者疗效确切,与西药相比较有明显优势。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of TCM syndrome differentiation in the treatment of central serous chorioretinopathy（ CSC）. Method In this study,30 cases of CSC patients were treated with TCM syndrome differentiation as the research objects. The simple use of creatinine,vitamin treatment of 30 cases of CSC patients was compared. The clinical effect of two groups was observed,and the TCM syndrome differentiation was discussed. Result The clinical effect of the two groups was significantly different,and there was statistical significance. Conclusion TCM syndrome differentiation in the treatment of CSC has definite effect,comparing with Western medicine,and it has obvious advantages.
