快速康复外科理念结合中医特色护理在大肠癌围手术期的临床应用

摘　　要：目的探讨快速康复外科理念结合中医特色护理在大肠癌围手术期的临床应用效果。方法在本次研究中选择118例大肠癌患者作为研究对象,于2016年3月—2017年3月期间收治,依据随机数字抽取表法进行分组,每组59例,其中对照组实施传统护理干预,观察组实施快速康复外科理念结合中医特色护理,对两组患者的恢复情况及并发症发生情况进行比较。结果观察组患者肠鸣音恢复时间、首次排气时间、首次排便时间、下床活动时间、住院时间等均显著短于对照组,P<0.05;观察组患者恶心呕吐、腹胀、吻合口瘘、切口感染、肺部感染等并发症发生率(8.47%)显著低于对照组(23.73%),P<0.05。结论在大肠癌围手术期,加强快速康复外科理念结合中医特色护理具有较高的价值,利于加快患者恢复,减少并发症,值得推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of rapid rehabilitation surgery combined with traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing in perioperative period of colorectal cancer. Methods In this study,118 cases of colorectal cancer patients from March 2016 to March 2017 were selected as the research objects. They were grouped according to the random number table extraction method,with 59 cases in each group. The control group received traditional nursing intervention,and the observation group implemented the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery combined with TCM characteristic nursing. The recovery and the incidence of complications were compared.Results The recovery time of bowel sounds,the first exhaust time,first defecation time,ambulation time and hospitalization time of the observation group were significantly shorter than the control group P〈0. 05. The nausea and vomiting,abdominal distension,anastomotic stoma fistula,wound infection,pulmonary infection and other complication rate of the observation group was 8. 47% which was significantly lower than 23. 73% of the control group P〈0. 05. Conclusion It is of high value to strengthen the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery combined with traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing in perioperative period of colorectal cancer,which is beneficial to speed up the recovery of patients and reduce complications,and is worth popularizing.
