中药塞鼻配合割治放血法治疗周围性面瘫86例分析

摘　　要：目的探讨中药塞鼻、割治放血法治疗周围性面瘫的疗效。方法 172例面瘫患者随机分为两组,治疗组采用西药加中药塞鼻、割治放血法;对照组单纯采用西药治疗。观察两组治疗结果,对比两组有效率。结果治疗组总有效率为96.5%,对照组总有效率为87.2%,治疗组有效率明显高于对照组,两组比较,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药塞鼻配合割治放血法治疗周围性面瘫是一种有效的方法。Objective To investigate the Chinese herbal medicine nose-plugging combined with bleeding by cutting therapy in the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis. Method 172 cases of facial paralysis patients were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group was treated with Western medicine and Chinese herbal medicine nose-plugging combined with bleeding by cutting therapy,while the control group was only treated with Western medicine. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed,and the effective rates of the two groups were compared. Result The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96. 5%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 87. 2%. The effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Chinese herbal medicine nose-plugging combined with bleeding by cutting therapy in the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis is a kind of effective method.
