筋针联合整脊疗法治疗颈肩综合征的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察筋针联合整脊疗法治疗颈肩综合征的临床疗效。方法随机将120例颈肩综合征患者分为治疗组和对照组,每组60例。治疗组采用筋针联合整脊疗法;对照组采用普通针刺治疗。结果治疗1个疗程后,治疗组总有效率为95.0%,对照组总有效率为81.7%;两组疗效比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论筋针联合整脊疗法治疗颈肩综合征疗效显著,有效改善患者病变部位疼痛、功能受限的范围以及肌肉痉挛等情况,尤其是即刻镇痛作用明显,值得临床推广运用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of sinew acupuncture combined with chiropactic spinal manipulation in treating neckshoulder syndrome. Methods One hundred and twenty patients with neck-shoulder syndrome were randomly allocated to treatment group and control group,with 60 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were given common acupuncture,and patients in the treatment group were given sinew acupuncture and chiropactic spinal manipulation. Results After one course of treatment,the total effective rate in the treatment group and in the control group was 95. 0% and 81. 7% respectively,and there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Sinew acupuncture combined with chiropactic spinal manipulation has a good therapeutic effect on neck-shoulder syndrome,and can effectively improve the pathological changes of patients with pain,limited the scope of the function and muscle spasm,etc,especially the analgesic action immediately apparent,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
