百合固金汤联合西药治疗门诊阴虚肺热型支气管扩张并发感染的临床研究

摘　　要：目的分析百合固金汤联合西药治疗门诊阴虚肺热型支气管扩张并发感染的临床效果。方法选择2014年1月—2017年1月80例门诊阴虚肺热型支气管扩张并发感染患者,根据随机数字表分为两组,每组40例。西医治疗组采用西药进行治疗,中西医联合组采用百合固金汤联合西药治疗。比较两组阴虚肺热型支气管扩张并发感染治疗总有效率;咽干消失时间、咳嗽消失时间、潮热消失时间、咯血消失时间;干预前后患者SaO_2、CRP、FVC。结果中西医联合组阴虚肺热型支气管扩张并发感染治疗总有效率高于西医治疗组,P<0.05;中西医联合组咽干消失时间、咳嗽消失时间、潮热消失时间、咯血消失时间短于西医治疗组,P<0.05;干预前两组SaO_2、CRP、FVC相近,P>0.05,干预后中西医联合组SaO_2、CRP、FVC优于西医治疗组,P<0.05。结论百合固金汤联合西药治疗门诊阴虚肺热型支气管扩张并发感染的临床效果确切,可有效改善患者临床症状,减轻炎症水平,改善肺功能,缩短疗程,值得推广。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Baihe Gujin decoction combined with Western medicine in the treatment of outpatient bronchiectasis complicated with infection of hyperactivity of lung qi due to yin deficiency. Methods From January 2014 to January 2017,80 cases of pulmonary fever complicated with bronchiectasis patients were divided into two groups according to random number table,with 40 cases in each group. The Western medicine treatment group was treated with Western medicine,and the traditional Chinese medicine combined with Western medicine group was given Baihe Gujin decoction combined with Western medicine treatment.The total effective rate,throat disappear time,cough disappeared time,hot flashes,the disappearance time of hemoptysis disappeared time,SaO2,CRP,FVC before and after the intervention was compared. Results The total effective rate the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine group was higher than that of the Western medicine treatment group P〈0. 05. The throat disappear time,cough disappeared time,fever disappeared time,hemoptysis disappeared time of the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine group was shorter than that in Western medicine treatment group P〈0. 05. Before intervention,CRP,SaO2 and FVC of the two groups were similar P〈0. 05. After intervention,SaO2,CRP,FVC of traditional Chinese medicine combined with Western medicine groupwas better than that of the Western medicine P〈0. 05. Conclusion Baihe Gujin decoction combined with Western medicine in the treatment of outpatient bronchiectasis complicated with infection of hyperactivity of lung qi due to yin deficiency has significantly clinical effect,can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,reduce inflammation,improve lung function,shorten the course of treatment,and is worthy of promotion.
