摘 要:氮乙酰半胱氨酸(N-Acetyl-Cysteine,NAC)是谷胱甘肽的前体物质,能脱乙酰基生成半胱氨酸及具有很强的抗氧化性能。纳米二氧化钛(TiO_2)具有量子尺寸效应、表面效应,能提高有机体的抗氧化能力。对一代杂交种菁松×皓月五龄起蚕模拟生产条件下农药微量中毒情况,在五龄第二天,分别添食0.5倍半致死浓度的辛硫磷和0.5倍半致死浓度的灭幼脲,再添食NAC和TiO_2的混合解毒剂、苏大蚕之宝及解毒宝三种解毒剂。检测三种不同解毒剂对微量辛硫磷及灭幼脲中毒家蚕的体质量、存活率、龄期经过和蚕茧产量与质量的影响,以比较不同解毒剂对家蚕微量辛硫磷和灭幼脲中毒的解毒效果。试验结果表明:NAC和TiO_2混合解毒剂能有效缓解微量辛硫磷及灭幼脲农药对五龄家蚕幼虫造成的中毒现象,死亡率分别为辛硫磷对照组和灭幼脲对照组的1/5和1/3;熟蚕体质量基本恢复至正常对照水平;龄期经过延长得到显著抑制,灭幼脲中毒解毒组已与对照组无异;产茧量和茧质也恢复至正常水平。NAC和TiO_2混合解毒剂对五龄家蚕微量有机磷中毒的解毒效果优于解毒宝和苏大蚕之宝。N-Acetyl-Cysteine(NAC)is the precursor of glutathione(GSH)with a strong antioxidant effect,which is able to form cysteine after deacetylation.TiO_2 NPs has macroscopic quantum tunneling and large surface area effects,which can improve the antioxidant capacity of the organism.To compare the detoxication effects of different antidotes,including the changes of body weight,survival rate,instar duration,cocoon production and quality of phoxim and chlorbenzuron poisoned silkworm,the Bombyx mori F1 hybrid of Jingsong×Haoyue in 5 th instar was used by simulating trace pesticide poisoning in sericultural production.At day 2 of 5 th instar stage,the larvae were fed with 50%lethal concentration(LC50)of phoxim and chlorbenzuron respectively,then with the mixed antidotes of NAC and TiO_2,Canzhibao and Jiedubao.The results showed that the mixed antidotes of NAC and TiO_2 could effectively alleviate the poisoning of 5 th instar larvae caused by trace phoxim and chlorbenzuron.After treated with the mixed antidotes of NAC and TiO_2,the mortality of phoxim and chlorbenzuron poisoned silkworm reduced by 4/5 and 2/3 in comparison to that of phoxim and chlorbenzuron group,respectively.In addition,the body weight of matured larvae,cocoon production and cocoon quality were restored to normal level,coupled with extension of instar duration being inhibited obviously,and the group of chlorbenzuron + NAC and TiO_2 was the same with the control group.The experimental results proved the detoxication effect of mixed antidotes of NAC and TiO_2 was better than that of the Jiedubao and Canzhibao on trace phoxim and chlorbenzuron intoxication of Bombyx mori.
