摘　　要：自2008年中国与东盟自由贸易区正式建立以来,中国与东盟双边产业内贸易迅速发展,成为推动东南亚国家经济发展的重要力量。对外直接投资有助于实现生产要素的跨国流动和资源优化配置,是进一步深化中国与东盟产业内贸易的有效途径。选取2005—2014年中国对东盟十国FDI存量的面板数据,实证分析中国在东盟直接投资对双边产业内贸易的影响,结果表明:中国向东盟直接投资对东盟不同成员国的双边产业内贸易、垂直型和水平型产业内贸易的影响存在异质性,且FDI的动态变化会导致垂直型和水平型产业内贸易相互挤出。Since CAFTA was formally established in 2008,the bilateral intra-industry trade between China and ASEAN has been developing rapidly,and has become an important force in promoting the economic development of Southeast Asian countries.Foreign direct investment is helpful to realize the transnational flow of production factors and the optimal allocation of resources,which is an efficient approach to further improve the intra-industry trade between China and ASEAN.It can be seen from the thesis that the panel data of the FDI stock has been used to empirically analyze the impact of FDI on the intraindustry trade between China and ASEAN in 2005-2014 years.The results show that：The impact of China＇s direct investment in ASEAN shows heterogeneity in bilateral intra-industry trade,vertical intra-industry trade and horizontal intraindustry trade to different members of ASEAN;besides,the dynamic change of FDI can lead to mutual extrusion between vertical and horizontal intra-industry trade.
