开痹方对类风湿关节炎患者免疫功能影响

摘　　要：(1)目的探讨开痹方对类风湿关节炎免疫功能影响,为类风湿关节炎(RA)的中医治疗提供实验依据。(2)方法选择诊断明确的类风湿关节炎患者105例,随机分为开痹方组和对照组。开痹方组服用开痹方,对照组采用常规治疗(甲氨蝶呤及西乐葆)。各组患者均用药2个月。观察两组患者治疗前后的临床症状及体征,同时测定其血清中主要免疫学指标。(3)结果开痹方组治疗后关节压痛数和关节肿胀数均少于对照组,RF和ESR均低于对照组,差异具有显著性(P均<0.05);治疗后开痹方组患者血清中IgG和C3高于对照组,IL-1、IL-6和TNF-α均低于对照组,差异具有显著性(P均<0.05)。(4)结论开痹方能提高类风湿关节炎患者体液和固有免疫功能,抑制致炎性细胞因子分泌。Objective To reveal the effect of Kai Bi prescription on the immunity of patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis,so to provide the experimental basis for the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine to rheumatoid arthritis.Methods 105 patients definitely diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis were divided into Kai Bi prescription and control group randomly.The Patient in Kai Bi prescription group was treated with the Kai Bi prescription,and the patient in the control group was treated with methotrexate and Celebrex.All patients were treated for 2 months.The clinical symptoms and objective sign of patients in the above two groups were recorded after treatment.In addition,severalimmune indexeswere determined.Results The numbers of joint tenderness and swelling of Kai Bi prescription group after treatment were less than those of the control group statistically,so were the RF and ESR（P 0.05）.The contents of IgG and C3 in patients of Kai Bi prescription groupwere higher than those in the control group,whilethesecretions of IL-1,IL-6 and TNF-αwere in a reverse result（P0.05）.Conclusion Kai Bi prescription was observed to increase the humoral and innate immunitiesof patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis,togather with inhibit the secretion of inflammation cytokines.
