摘 要:由于医疗事业的快速发展,为满足人们救治需求,基于容积率的限制,出现大量高层医疗建筑。为不断增强高层医疗建筑的相关医疗使用功能,对其的改造升级在建筑使用寿命内是不可避免的也将是持续不断的,但由于受环境因素的制约,在施工过程中势必常出现医疗与改造并行的情况。针对这一现状,从演化博弈模型入手,分析高层医疗建筑改造在并行条件下施工与医疗存在的矛盾,重点探讨其双方进化稳定策略中的影响因素,并依此为基准提出改进措施手段,旨在减少医疗与改造并行之间的摩擦,为实际施工管理提供参考。Due to the rapid development of medical services,a large number of high-rise medical buildings have emerged to meet the needs of medical treatment. In order to continuously enhance the related medical services function of high-rise medical buildings,it is inevitable to retrofit this type of buildings and such action will be continuous through the whole life cycle of buildings. However, restricted by the environmental context,the simultaneous occurrence of medical treatment and transformation is inevitable in the construction process. In this situation,this paper uses the evolutionary game model to analyze the contradiction between medical treatment and construction of high-rise building,and focuses on the influence factors of the two sides in the evolutionary stable strategy. Based on this,a number of improvement strategies are proposed to reduce the friction between the medical treatment and the transformation,and to provide a reference for the practical construction management.
