摘　　要：为进一步推动PPP项目在我国基础设施建设领域的发展,提出将先进的IPD模式应用于我国的PPP项目管理。从IPD模式应用于PPP项目的契机出发,探索了IPD模式能够应用于PPP项目的法律依据,并提出了两种可操作的应用模式。在此基础上,从PPP项目收益、民营企业对PPP项目的参与及IPD模式的推广3个角度分析了IPD模式应用于PPP项目所能带来的机遇;同时,从法律制度、技术平台和理论指导3个方面指出了该应用所面临的挑战。对推动IPD模式应用于我国的PPP项目有一定指导意义。To promote PPP（Public Private Partnership）projects in China＇s infrastructure construction,it is proposed to apply IPD（Integrated Project Delivery）in PPP project management. Begin with the analysis on rationality for applying IPD in PPP projects,the legal base of the application is explored and two feasible methods are proposed. Based on the two methods,the opportunities of applying IPD in PPP projects for profit,participation of private enterprises and the promotion of IPD are analyzed. Meanwhile,the lack of support from laws,technology platform and related theories is presented as the challenge for the application. It provides significant guidance to promote the application of IPD in PPP projects in China.
