摘 要:建筑信息模型BIM技术作为一项引领行业变革的创新性技术,已经在我国得到广泛重视与推广,设计企业BIM技术应用的优劣将对全行业的BIM实施推广带来重要影响。但行业目前并没有统一、规范的方法和标准对设计企业的BIM技术应用能力现状和水平进行判断。考虑到科学有效的评测工具是可以帮助提升企业BIM技术应用能力的重要管理手段依据,将综合组织技术吸纳理论与能力成熟度理论等的相关分析视角,构建设计企业BIM技术应用能力的评测分析框架,并结合实证研究验证了模型的有效性。以期为进一步加强设计企业的BIM技术应用能力建设和我国的BIM发展提供一定的理论和实践指导。As an innovative technology that leads the revolution of construction industry,Building Information Model(BIM) has already gained great attention and promotion in China. Architect designer has always played the leading role of BIM application and the good or bad use of BIM by design organizations will bring significant influence on BIM implementation in the whole industry. However, there is no uniform standards or normative methods to measure the current situation and level of BIM application in design organization. Scientific evaluation tools are effective management methods to improve the BIM competence of an organization. Therefore, this study raises an evaluation analysis framework of BIM competence for design organizations by using on Technology Absorption Theory and Capability Maturity Theory,and investigates the improving approaches based on empirical study,aiming to further promote sustainable BIM implementation and provide theoretic and practical guidance for our country.
