摘　　要：农户对耕地保护的认知与行为,关系到我国耕地可持续利用和粮食安全。本文通过农户问卷调查,实证研究不同耕地流向户对耕地保护的认知与行为差异。结果表明,不同耕地流向户的耕地保护认知与行为存在较大差异;农户对耕地保护的认知与其行为基本吻合,但却并不完全一致。要真正做到耕地保护,不仅要增强农户的耕地保护意识和认知,还要督促农户耕地保护行为,应综合采取耕地宣传、耕地流转、经济激励和行政限制相结合的措施。The cognition and behavior of farmers for cultivated land protection are related to the sustainable utilization of China＇s cultivated land and food security. Through a questionnaire survey of farmers, an empirical study was conducted on the difference of cognition and behavior of farmers of different flow direetion on cultivated land protection. The results showed that： there were big differences for the cognition and behavior on cultivated land protection between farmers of different flow direction. The cognition and behavior were consistent, but not exactly the same. To achieve the protection of cultivated land, not only the awareness and cognition of farmers on farmland protection should be strengthened, but also the behavior of farmers to protect cultivated land should be urged. The publicity and circulation of cultivated land, economic incentives and administrative restrictions should be taken synthetically.
