摘 要:实现我国土地管理由数量管理向数量-质量双管理的转变,是土地管理工作的重点,对于保障国家粮食安全有重要意义。本文分析了农用地分等工作和土地整治之间的联系和区别,对农用地分等成果在土地整治中的应用开展了研究。研究结果表明:农用地分等过程中的技术、方法是土地整治评价的基础;农用地分等成果为土地整治项目可行性研究提供了前期基础和工作目标,为土地整治项目工程设计提供了方向,并为土地整治项目验收提供了技术支撑;农用地分等成果与土地整治项目验收成果相结合,可实现补充耕地的等级和数量不低于被占耕地的等级和数量,补充的耕地与其他耕地集中连片的原则,实现真正意义上的耕地质量和数量的占补平衡。It is the focus of land management work to realize the transformation of land management from quantity to quality in China. It is very important and meaningful toto ensure national food security. The relationship between agricultural land classification and land consolidation was analyzed in the paper. Furthermore the application of agricultural land classification in land consolidation was also studied. The results showed that the technology and method of agricultural land classification was the basis of land remediation evaluation. The results of agricultural land classification provided the preliminary basis and work goal for the feasibility study of land remediation project. Theyalso guided the direction for the land improvement project design, and provided technical support for the acceptance of land remediation project. The results of the agricultural land classification and the acceptance of land remediationprojects will contribute to realize the principle that the grade and quantity of supplementary cultivated land is not lower than that of cultivated land, and the arable land and other cultivated landexisted in block. Most of allthe balance of cultivated land quality and quantity was realized.
