基于生态文明视角的海岛旅游满意度研究——以长海县为例

摘　　要：随着旅游业的日益兴旺,海岛旅游正逐渐成为发展热点。在大众旅游时代,游客满意度已经成为了影响旅游业能否可持续发展的潜在因素,把握游客满意度对海岛的发展至关重要。本文从生态文明视角出发,运用数理统计方法,通过问卷调查到访长海县的游客,得到科学客观的数据。结果表明:自然环境因子对游客满意度的影响最大且得分最低,亟需重视和改善,人文环境因子影响最小且得分较高,基础设施和开发设计因子居中。With the increasing prosperity of tourism, island tourism is gradually becoming a hotspot. In the era of mass tourism, tourist satisfaction has become a potential factor that could affect the sustainable development of tourism. It＇s essential for the development of islands to grasp the importance of tourist satisfaction. This paper, from the perspective of ecological civilization, obtain scientific and objective statistics by using the method of statistical analysis, questionnaire on tourists visiting to Changhai County. The result shows that the natural environment factor has the greatest impact on tourist satisfaction and the lowest score, which needs to be paid attention to and improved. The cultural environment factor has the least influence and a higher score while the infrastructure and the development design factor is centered.
