摘 要:随着我国"大众创业、万众创新"政策的推进,小微企业迎来了发展的大好机遇。与大中型企业相比,小微企业具有规模小、经济技术实力不强、资金不足等特点,在市场竞争中往往处于劣势。基于知识产权是一种独占市场的法律上的垄断权,与大中型企业一样,我国小微企业制定与实施知识产权战略也具有十分重要的意义与作用。小微企业知识产权战略应当高度重视其个性化特色,以知识产权创造、制度建设、知识产权文化建设为重点,以提高市场竞争力为目标。With the enforcement of China's"public entrepreneurship,innovation by millions of people"policy,small micro-enterprises ushered in the development of a great opportunity.Compared with large and medium-sized enterprises,small and micro enterprises have small sizes and economic and technological strength is not strong,as well as lack of funds and other characteristics,which often makes them at a disadvantage position in the market competition.Based on that,intellectual property is an exclusive right to monopolize the market,with large and medium-sized enterprises,China's small micro-enterprises to develop and implement the strategy of intellectual property rights also have a very important significance and role.Small and micro enterprise intellectual property strategy should attach great importance to its individual characteristics,to intellectual property creation,system construction,intellectual property culture as the focus,to improve market competitiveness as the goal.
