摘　　要：股骨头无菌性坏死(ONFH)的治疗一直是骨科一大难题,晚期行全髋关节置换术(THA)是其最佳治疗方法。近年来,该病发病呈现年轻化趋势,而青壮年寿命长、对关节运动要求高,行THA术后将面临多次翻修可能,心理及经济负担较重。保髋仍是目前首选的治疗方法。选择合适的保髋疗法能延缓患者病情,减轻痛苦,减少关节置换的需要。The treatment of osteonecrosis of the femoral head（ ONFH） has always been being a major problem in department of orthopedics,and total hip arthroplasty（ THA） is the best treatment in the advanced stage. ONFH has shown a younger trend in recent years,and the young adults who have longer life spans and high demand for joint mobility will face multiple repairing sugeries and heavier physical and economic burden. Hip preserving treatment is still the preferred treatment. The correct choice of the right hip therapy can delay the progression of the disease,reduce pain and the need for joint replacement in the patients with ONFH.
