摘 要:在1/3焦煤中添加钢渣,考察所得焦炭的性质。研究结果表明,为保证焦炭的灰硫指标及冷强度,钢渣的添加量不宜过大;焦炭反应性随钢渣添加量增加而上升,反应后强度随钢渣添加量增加而降低;钢渣添加量相同时,粒度越小,对焦炭热性质影响越大;随着溶损反应的进行,比表面积出现先增大后减小的趋势;SEM显示当钢渣添加量<5%时,对焦炭的微观结构无明显影响。Different proportions of steel slag were added to the 1/3 coking coal to produce coke,and the properties of coke produced were studied. The result showed that the amount of steel slag should not be too high to control the content of ash and sulfur in coke. The reactivity of coke increased with addition of steel slag increased,while the coke strength after reaction decreased. With same amount of steel slag added,the smaller the grain size,the greater influence on the thermal property of coke. The specific area of coke increased first and then decreased as the solution loss reaction continued. SEM study showed that there was no obvious change in pore structure when the addition of steel slag is less than 5%.
