摘　　要：PDCA的精髓与核心是实现持续质量改进。消毒供应中心对控制医院感染起着至关重要的作用。文章概述了PDCA循环在消毒供应中心环节质量管理、复用手术器械清洗、敷料包湿包控制、外来手术器械管理、护士培养中的应用价值,以期为PDCA循环在消毒供应中心的质量管理中发挥作用,并为预防医院感染的有效性提供依据。The essence of PDCA is to ensure continuous quality improvement. The disinfection and supply center plays an important role in the control of hospital infections. This paper summarizes the applicability of PDCA circulation to quality man-agement ,reuse of surgical instruments, control of dressing bags, management of foreign surgical instruments and nurse training in the disinfection supply center. This paper is intended to provide evidence for effective control of hospital infections.
